- Figs - 500 g, washed and cut

- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons

Preparation: Wash and cut the figs into small cubes.

Cooking: Add figs, sugar, water, lemon juice, cinnamon, and vanilla extract to a medium saucepan. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly. Once the figs have melted and the mixture has become thick, reduce the heat.
